LAYOUT AND LOCATION
Set in quiet secluded Picturesque countryside location. On site secure easy parking and loading.
The main recording area is 25ft x 12ft, sliding doors link through to the control room, which is 11ft x 10ft With seating for the musicians, engineer and producer.
A further rest room is provided for tea and coffee, or just getting away from the activity.
No distractions/ No worrys / Natural Daylight.
Between Wisbech St Marys and Leverington, 5 miles south west of Wisbech.
Short drive for food/pubs/shops/Accomadation

The debate over analogue or digital will probably continue for a while, but our feelings are that a sound recording should be true to the original sound without coloration and we feel this can only be achieved digitally. Coloration can be added after the recording if required. Meadowside Studio was first set up in 1983 as a 4 track studio and was named after the house, which does indeed sit beside a meadow. The studio was originally for the benefit of our own music and to record bands that was under management, but it quickly came into local demand, growing to 8 tracks then 16 by 1987. Into the 90s and a move to 2 inch 24 track, but with digital starting to develop, the decision was made to go digital in 1996.
